The purpose of the Christian Service Award is to recognize Catholic 8th grade students in the Diocese of Phoenix and who exemplify Christ-centered behavior through volunteer service to parish, school and community.
Recipients are awarded $8,000 for tuition assistance to attend a Catholic High School in the Diocese of Phoenix. These monies are paid directly to the high school in $2,000 increments for each of the four years the student attends the school
Over 100 students apply each October and undergo a rigorous selection process that includes a personal interview.
The Foundation is seeking donations of $8,000 to fund 100 students annually by 2020.
