Privacy and Information Disclosure
The Catholic Community Foundation web site may periodically prompt users to provide personal information such as names, addresses, email, phone numbers, credit card numbers, etc. When users provide such information, they do so voluntarily. Refusal to provide such information may affect access to information and services provided on the web site.

When personal information is requested it will be done through an SSL secured form. If you are requested to provide personal information on an unsecured form, you are asked to contact the webmaster immediately so that the form can be corrected.

Any and all information gathered by, or provided to the Catholic Community Foundation through its web site shall be protected to the extent possible under current public record laws. Credit Card Payments
The Catholic Community Foundation allows credit card payments through its web site by adults over the age of 18 for Internet-enabled services and programs. The Catholic Community Foundation reserves the right to refuse service, terminate or suspend accounts or service or cancel transactions at any time.

Completion of a payment transaction is contingent upon both the authorization of payment by the applicable credit card company and acceptance of payment by the Catholic Community Foundation. In the event that your credit card payment is unable to be processed, the Catholic Community Foundation will attempt to notify you using the contact information you have provided. In any event, you remain solely responsible for payments due.

Cookies
This web site uses cookies for statistical purposes and, in some web-based applications, to track user activity. These are not used to collect personal information, to access your computer files or to gain control of your computer in any way. If your browser has the option of accepting cookies turned off, you may find access to some web services affected.

What are Cookies?
Cookies are text files, stored on your computer, which are used by web servers to store information about you as a user of that web site. Cookies are unique to each web site and information in them cannot be accessed by other web sites. That means a cookie saved on your computer from the Catholic Community Foundation web site can only be accessed and used on the Catholic Community Foundation web site.

There are two types of cookies: persistent and temporary. The difference between them is lifespan. A persistent cookie is one that is stored on your computer until you or your browser software deletes it. A temporary cookie is only available and active while you are on the web site. Once you close your browser or leave the web site, the cookie is disabled and a new one is created the next time you visit.

Why do we use Cookies?

Cookies allow us to track which content and services are accessed most and help us improve the services we offer.
